to the laws of the Republic of Panama or any successor operator of the Site (as
defined below) (together with any successors or assigns the “Company,” “we,”

accessing or using the Services (as defined below), or the company, or other
legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the
Services (“you” or “your”) information when you use the services we provide via
the Site (the “Services”).

- “Affiliate” means a Person that directly or indirectly,

under common control with the first mentioned Person.
